I prefer black tea, but I occasionally drink green tea. Both teas have many health benefits and can even aid in weight loss.

I like all types of tea, but I mostly drink the green one. It makes you slimmer, lol.

Lipton Green Tea with Citrus is my favorite kind of tea to drink. Recently, I've been trying some tea with herbs in them that my aunt gave to me. They're suprisingly good.

The last thing I ate was a cold steak that was leftover from dinner last night. x.x

You should also try Earl Grey tea. It's just black tea with a little bergamot orange. The bergamot removes the bitter taste that black tea has.

I'm a coffee drinker, so the bitterness in black tea doesn't bother me so much. I recently decided to quit drinking coffee though, hence the herbal teas (no caffeine!). I could definitely give it a try though. It sounds good. Thanks!
